WaversClub Community, Safety & Child Protection Guidelines

Effective September 19, 2026 · Last updated September 19, 2026

WaversClub is intended to provide an environment where people can connect, collaborate, develop ideas, showcase capability, participate in communities, and create opportunities. Safety is a core platform requirement.

Community Principles

Users should communicate respectfully, provide accurate information, respect boundaries, protect other people's privacy, contribute constructively, avoid harassment, respect different professional and creative perspectives, and report serious safety concerns.

Authenticity

Users must not intentionally deceive others about their identity, qualifications, authority, organization, or affiliations.

Harassment

Prohibited conduct includes targeted harassment, repeated unwanted contact, intimidation, threats, stalking, coercion, and abusive behavior.

Hate and Discriminatory Conduct

Content or behavior that targets individuals or groups through prohibited hateful or discriminatory conduct may be removed and may result in enforcement.

Violence and Threats

Credible threats of violence or encouragement of serious physical harm may result in immediate platform action and, where legally appropriate, escalation.

Fraud and Scams

Users must not use WaversClub to defraud, impersonate, solicit fraudulent payments, promote fake opportunities, conduct deceptive schemes, steal credentials, or manipulate users through deception.

Privacy and Doxxing

Users must not publish or distribute another person's private information without authorization, including private addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, credentials, sensitive personal records, precise location information, or other information that could create safety risks.

Child Protection

WaversClub has a minimum age of 15. Users aged 15–17 are minors for purposes of platform safety controls. Adults must not groom minors, sexually solicit minors, exploit minors, manipulate minors into inappropriate relationships, request sexual content, threaten or blackmail minors, seek inappropriate private information, arrange exploitative meetings, or circumvent minor protections.

Minor-to-Minor Interaction

Users aged 15–17 may communicate directly with other users aged 15–17 where direct messaging is available. All interactions remain subject to the Community Guidelines and Content & Moderation Policy.

Professional Profiles for Minors

Users aged 15–17 may create professional, educational, creative, or portfolio-oriented profiles. WaversClub may restrict private contact details, precise location, adult discovery, adult messaging, sensitive profile fields, recommendation exposure, and other information that creates unnecessary safety risk.

Sexual Content and Exploitation

Sexual exploitation, sexual solicitation of minors, child sexual abuse material, grooming, and related conduct are prohibited. Serious violations may result in immediate account action and appropriate escalation.

Personal Safety

Users should exercise caution when communicating with people they do not know offline. Users should not disclose unnecessary private information or arrange unsafe physical meetings.

Professional Opportunities

Users should independently evaluate employment, business, investment, partnership, freelance, and other opportunities. WaversClub does not guarantee the legitimacy or outcome of every opportunity.

Cybersecurity Abuse

Users must not distribute malware, conduct unauthorized access, compromise accounts, exploit vulnerabilities without authorization, or interfere with platform systems.

Spam and Manipulation

Users must not mass-message users abusively, create deceptive engagement, manipulate recommendations, operate abusive automation, or create accounts to evade restrictions.

Intellectual Property

Users must respect copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual-property rights.

Community Administrators

Community administrators may enforce community-specific rules where those rules do not conflict with WaversClub's platform-wide safety and legal requirements.

Reporting

Users should be able to report harassment, scams, impersonation, dangerous behavior, child-safety concerns, privacy violations, prohibited content, spam, intellectual-property violations, security abuse, and other policy violations.

Blocking

Users should have access to blocking functionality where applicable. Blocking should prevent or restrict the blocked account from interacting with the blocking user according to the platform's implementation.

Enforcement

WaversClub may use education, warnings, content restrictions, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent termination, and protective action. Serious violations may result in immediate enforcement.

Safety Escalation

Reports involving minors, credible threats, exploitation, serious violence, or other high-risk circumstances may receive expedited review. Where legally required or appropriate, WaversClub may cooperate with competent authorities.

No Absolute Safety Guarantee

WaversClub implements safety systems but cannot guarantee that every interaction will be safe or that every harmful action will be detected immediately.
