Effective September 19, 2026 · Last updated September 19, 2026
This policy establishes how WaversClub handles content, reports, moderation, enforcement, appeals, and safety incidents.
Users may generally share lawful content relating to professional activity, education, skills, creativity, entrepreneurship, collaboration, projects, communities, opportunities, knowledge, and personal interests.
Certain content may be restricted based on age, safety, privacy, community context, platform integrity, and legal requirements.
Prohibited content or conduct may include child sexual exploitation, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, credible violent threats, serious fraud, malicious cyber activity, malware, doxxing, severe harassment, impersonation, illegal exploitation, and content that seriously threatens platform or user safety.
WaversClub may use automated systems to identify spam, suspicious behavior, prohibited content, abuse, fraud indicators, and safety risks. Automated systems may make errors.
Where appropriate, authorized human reviewers may review reported or automatically flagged material. Access to moderation information is restricted to authorized personnel.
Reporting mechanisms may include categories such as harassment, child safety, sexual exploitation, violence, fraud/scam, impersonation, privacy, spam, intellectual property, cybersecurity, and other policy violations.
Reports are prioritized based on severity and potential risk. Child-safety concerns, credible threats, exploitation, and other serious risks receive elevated priority.
A moderation workflow may include:
Depending on severity and circumstances:
Reports involving minors receive enhanced safeguards. WaversClub may restrict communication, restrict account functionality, preserve relevant evidence, escalate for specialized review, protect the affected minor, and take immediate action where necessary.
Serious violations may result in immediate restriction, suspension, termination, or other protective action.
Repeated violations may result in progressively stronger enforcement.
Creating another account or using alternative methods to evade enforcement may itself constitute a violation.
Where appropriate and lawful, WaversClub may preserve information relevant to security investigations, serious violations, legal obligations, or appeals.
Where available, users may appeal eligible enforcement decisions. Appeals are reviewed according to the relevant enforcement process.
Moderators and authorized personnel handle user reports and moderation information confidentially and only for legitimate purposes.
WaversClub may respond to legally valid requests from competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Automated systems are not infallible. WaversClub uses human review and additional safeguards for high-risk circumstances.
Moderation systems process only information reasonably necessary for safety, enforcement, security, and legal purposes.
Community administrators may moderate their own communities subject to platform-wide rules.
WaversClub may communicate enforcement reasons to users where doing so does not create additional safety, security, legal, or abuse risks.
No moderation system can identify every violation immediately. Users should report concerns rather than relying exclusively on automated detection.
This policy may be updated when WaversClub's safety, moderation, legal, or technical systems evolve.
